Flipping Fabulous LLC buys property in Los Angeles that other buyers step over, and renovates it into homes people want to live in. That is the whole business, and we would rather describe it plainly than dress it up.

There are two ways to renovate a property. One is to make a list of everything broken and fix it until the list is empty. The other is to decide what the house should be, then spend the budget in the order that gets it there.

The first produces a house that passes an inspection. The second produces a house somebody falls for in the first ten seconds. They cost about the same. The difference is whether anybody made a decision at the start.

Flipping Fabulous exists to do the second one properly, on properties most of the market has already written off. That is why the company is not named after speed or cash offers. Fabulous is the standard we hold the finished house to.

Give advice we are not qualified to give

An instant offer from a form is a marketing device. A real figure comes after somebody has actually assessed the property.

Take on a property we cannot do justice

If the right renovation is beyond what we can execute well, the honest move is to say so rather than to buy it and do a poor job.
